12 Month Dr. Appt

Xander had his 12-month doctor visit on Tuesday.  He had to have his finger pricked and received 3 shots, but he was super tough!  Here are Xander's current stats:

• Height:  29.25"
• Weight:  20 lb 3.5 oz
• Head Circumference:  45.7 cm

We're back in Omaha and have so many things to share.  I thought I would start with Xander's first birthday party!  Xander had so much fun playing with everyone and loves all of his new toys.  Thanks to Gema for sending us pictures :)

Rug Burn

June has been a very busy month for our family.  We are currently in Wyoming, visiting the Morrison side of Xander's family.  Xander went on his first airplane ride and was such a trooper!  He did really great!  Xander has been very busy partying, going swimming, going to parks, crawling around, and climbing over everything.

Speaking of crawling, this is a picture of Xander's rug burn.  He has it on his feet and knees.  Poor little man!

Summer Party!

Xander's Daddy's band played a block party the other day.  Xander got to hang out there before the show!  The weather was gorgeous while we all were there, but storms rolled in after Xander went home to rest.

11 Month Old Xander

Xander is changing so much.  He is so much fun now that he is crawling, and he is also eating a lot more!  Xander has a new favorite food:  puffs!  He also has been eating more variety when it comes to baby food.  Here are some new awesome Xander pictures:

11 Months old today!

Today is Xander's Eleventieth month birthday!  He is getting to be such a big guy : )

46 Weeks

Summer came early this year, as last weekend was hot and sunny.  We celebrated by spending much of our time outside in the yard, at the farmer's market, on lots of walks, and at the park.  Xander's first birthday is next month already!  We love our little guy, and he continues to learn new things every day.  He is so mobile now--I love watching him look around with curiosity and move quickly from one task to another.

We have so many pictures from Xander's trip to the Tielke's last weekend and we still have to go through them all.  Luckily, Gema sent us some to post right away!  We had a great time seeing the family and hanging out.  Xander enjoyed every minute of it!
