Xander and his bike attended the Y's Healthy Kids event again this morning and had a blast. It was a perfect day--he even got to play laser tag!

We have had a busy summer and Xander is having a blast and gathering new skills!  He likes to crawl and climb on everything ( including Molly, who just lays there and tolerates him ).  Xander enjoys chasing Andy around the house and pulling on his tail : )  He likes to take the food we are feeding him and sharing it  with us (and the dogs).  Xander has learned that he can carry things in his mouth while he crawls around : pirate style!  He has learned a new dance move where he shakes his head from side to side.  He likes techno music and Katy Perry.  Xander has also started getting into the habit of resting his head on pillows, people and other soft things (Molly)

We have been going to the YMCA to work out almost daily and Xander has made friends with the other kids and the nice ladies that work there!  He also loves to go swimming with us.  We have been avoiding the heat and taking X to the various kids' play areas at the malls around town. He is having so much fun this summer! : )

12 Month Dr. Appt

Xander had his 12-month doctor visit on Tuesday.  He had to have his finger pricked and received 3 shots, but he was super tough!  Here are Xander's current stats:

• Height:  29.25"
• Weight:  20 lb 3.5 oz
• Head Circumference:  45.7 cm
